YOUR LAND. YOUR VISION. YOUR HOME.
EXPERIENCE, STEWARDSHIP & A PASSION FOR BUILDING
Owning the land is a big first step. Turning it into the right homesite takes planning. Every lot is different, and the property itself shapes where the house sits, how it is accessed, how water drains, and what it will take to bring utilities to the home.
True North Builders works with owners who already have land in Central Ohio, or are close to purchasing it, to plan and build a custom home that fits the property. We look at the site early so the design, budget, and construction plan are built around real conditions instead of assumptions.
Whether it is a few acres in Knox County or a lot closer to Columbus, our goal is a home that feels like it belongs where it is built.

True North Builders is guided by truth, honesty, integrity, consistency, commitment, relationships, and a servant's heart. We believe high attention to detail produces true quality, and we bring that mindset to planning, communication, jobsite professionalism, and construction. The True North Difference
WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS
On a build on your lot project, the site can have as much impact on cost and schedule as the house itself. Access, grading, excavation, drainage, soil conditions, orientation, and the distance to utilities all affect what needs to happen before the foundation goes in.
Rural properties may need a well and septic system, a longer driveway, or electric service brought in from the road. Some lots have zoning, setback, or easement requirements that limit where the home can go. Identifying these items early helps avoid redesigns, surprise costs, and delays once construction starts.
True North Builders walks the property with you, identifies what needs to be evaluated, and works with surveyors, engineers, and local officials when their input is needed, so your home is designed around the land from day one.
